Push Type Sintering Furnace

Push type sintering furnace is a highly efficient system used in industrial sintering applications. Instead of a continuous belt or roller system, it is a type of continuous furnace where workpieces or trays are moved through the heating zones in a step-wise (pushing) motion. It combines the high productivity of continuous systems with the precise control of batch processing, making it ideal for high-volume, high-uniformity sintering. The output can do 100-300kg/hour, it can be customized as per the customer’s specific requirements.

🔧 Key Components and Features:

         Pushing Mechanism

  • A hydraulic or mechanical system that advances trays/boats through the furnace.
  • The entire conveying system consists of a main push cylinder, a side push cylinder, a side door lifting cylinder, and a PLC program control device.
  • The pushing speed is controlled by a control valve that regulates the flow rate.
  • One main pusher and three auxiliary pushers operate separately according to the set program to achieve the circulation of boat materials inside the furnace and stepping outside.
  • Pushing trays/boats speed 80-120mm/min. It can be customized as per the customer’s specific requirements.

        Loading section

  • Manual or automatic tray loading system.
  • Manual loading: The discharge push boat and material tray need to be manually moved back to the feeding end.
  • Automatic loading: The discharge push boat and material tray are automatically returned to the feeding end through the external roller conveyor under the assistance of the push rod.

        Temperature Control System

  • The zone’s temperature is controlled with the thermocouple, digital intelligent PID regulator, and thyristor. Form a closed-loop control system to achieve automatic and precise temperature control.
  • Temperature ranges from 950°C to 1350°C, depending on the material.

        Heating zone

  • The heating elements are distributed on the top and bottom of the furnace, and are installed in a through and pull-out manner on both sides of the furnace body, making installation and maintenance very convenient.
  • The preheating zone is made of a heat-resistant metal muffle.
  • The sintering zone uses silicon-carbon rods to heat and seal the furnace shell.

       Cooling Section

  • Controlled cooling using a water-jacketed type.
  • The temperature control element controls the solenoid valve switch to automatically control the cooling water temperature.

        Atmosphere Control

  • Uses protective gases (e.g., nitrogen, hydrogen, argon) to prevent oxidation.
  • A gas flow meter that adjusts the protective atmosphere based on the product process.
  • Some models include atmosphere circulation or dew point control.
