Mesh belt sintering furnace
A mesh belt sintering furnace is a continuous-type industrial furnace designed primarily for sintering metal powder products. That requires precise heat treatment under controlled atmospheres. It uses a mesh belt conveyor system to move parts through different temperature zones, improving the various properties of sintered products and achieving the desired requirements.
🔧 Key Components and Features:
Mesh Belt Conveyor
- Made from heat-resistant steel(SUS314) or as per the customer’s requirement.
- Continuously carries workpieces through the furnace.
- Available in different widths and load capacities based on production needs.
- The mesh belt drive system uses a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, ensuring smooth operation and excellent protection performance.
Heating Zones
- Multiple temperature zones with independent temperature control.
- The preheating zone is made of a heat-resistant metal muffle.
- The sintering zone uses silicon-carbon rods to heat and seal the furnace shell.
Temperature Control System
- The zone’s temperature is controlled with the thermocouple, digital intelligent PID regulator, and thyristor. Form a closed-loop control system to achieve automatic and precise temperature control.
- Equipped with an over-temperature alarm system. When the furnace temperature exceeds the set range, it will emit an audible and visual alarm signal and cut off the heating power supply.
- Temperature ranges from 850°C to 1150°C, depending on the material.
Cooling Section
- Controlled cooling using a water-jacketed type.
- The temperature control element controls the solenoid valve switch to automatically control the cooling water temperature.
Atmosphere Control
- Uses protective gases (e.g., nitrogen, hydrogen, argon) to prevent oxidation.
- A gas flow meter that adjusts the protective atmosphere based on the product process.
- Some models include atmosphere circulation or dew point control.
